About the "Cassina I Maestri" Collection:

Cassina first contracted to reproduce the furniture of Scottish architect Charles Rennie Mackintosh back in 1972. From 1973, the Willow, Hill House and Argyle models were produced.

"Cassina I Maestri" is an investigation that looks closely at the original projects.
Cassina, together with heirs and collaborators, analyses drawings, sketches, prototypes and other original documents to recreate the original project as closely as possible.
Architect Filippo Alison Cassina has supported the collection since 1972, helping to bring everything together and researching new materials and technologies to reconstruct the ideas of the masters.
