About the "Cassina I Maestri" collection:

Cassina signed its first contracts for the reproduction of furniture by Scottish architect Charles Rennie Mackintosh as early as 1972. The Willow, Hill House and Argyle models were produced from 1973 onwards.

"Cassina I Maestri" is a study that analyses the original designs.
Together with the heirs and employees, Cassina is analysing drawings, sketches, prototypes and other original documents in order to reconstruct the original project as accurately as possible.
Architect Filippo Alison Cassina, who has supported the collection since 1972, is helping to bring everything together and researching new materials and technologies to reconstruct the ideas of the masters.
