On offer here is a rare and exquisite 3-seater sofa - 53C - Parallel Bar by Florence Knoll. The design dates back to 1954.
This special sofa was acquired by the first owner in 1961/62. The set also includes two armchairs with armrests, which are offered separately.
The sofa was sold by the heirs in 2016 and then professionally refurbished to a high standard by a certified master craftsman. It was given new upholstery and a new cover that reflects master craftsmanship in every detail. Covered with the fine Kvadrat fabric Hallingdal in the colour fuchsia (colour code 573), the sofa radiates exclusivity.
Very good condition
The new cover and upholstery were carried out according to the manufacturer's specifications in 2016. There are no stains or damage.
The frame (an original from 1961/62) shows very slight traces typical of its age, which are insignificant in its overall appearance. Naturally stable and clean.
