Rare armchair and footstool from the 2200 model series. It was designed and developed by the designer Mathias Hofmann from Tübingen for Rolf Benz in 1992. There was the back with leather upholstery and, very advanced for the time, stainless steel sheet cut through with a water jet, like this model here. Rolf Benz produced the armchair on behalf of CY MANN'. CY Mann was very successful in the USA at the time. The armchair was only produced for two years.
