This whale is a real piece of GDR history. It was designed by Renate Müller in 1972 and produced by H. Josef Leven KG in Sonneberg in 1973.
Renate Müller is a pioneer in the field of therapeutic toys. She believes in the positive effect of toys on children's development - boring toys are anathema to her.
The whale has blue fins and a red back. There is a loop on its head.
